GmaDel, Kathy, Susan and Anna produced a numbered list of 20 things they like to draw. They went to www.random.org and generated five random numbers between 1 and 20. They matched the random numbers to their list and included all five elements in their drawings. The items are: face, curtains, purse, flowing water, and boxes.

These are fast sketches that Emily did at the Art Institute in Chicago. She didn't have much time, but you can see that she really observed and enjoyed what she was seeing.
